Minimum order value and delivery fees
Minimum order value and delivery fees
The minimum order is $300 before taxes. Catalogue weights are approximate and for guidance only. Additional charges for packaging, shipping, handling and administrative services will be billed for orders below the minimum shipping charge.
Returns (standard products)
To return a product, you must obtain a return authorization number from a member of our team. A handling and administration fee of 20% of the order amount will be retained.
All claims for damaged or missing products must be made within 10 working days of receipt of the order, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
Custom products
Custom-made products are non-refundable. If an in-process order is cancelled, material and labor charges will be billed.
